Data controller

The controller responsible for your personal data is Immowerk Praha, U Trativodu 184/6, 19014 Praha – Klánovice, Czech Republic.

Contact for data-protection matters: [email – to be confirmed].

What we collect

We process only the information you submit through the contact form: your name, your email address, your message, an optional note about the property you are interested in, and the fact that you ticked the consent checkbox.

We do not create an account for you, we do not build a profile, and we collect nothing else.

Why we process it and the legal basis

We process this data solely to receive and answer your enquiry.

The legal basis is your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

As evidence of consent, the email we generate records the time of submission, the language you used, and the version of the consent text you agreed to (Art. 7(1) GDPR). We do not store this in a database.

Where your data is processed

Your message is processed by a contact-form script hosted on our own web hosting and is then emailed to the Prague office. It is not handled by any third-party form provider and is not written to a database.

Your data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA) and is not transferred outside it. [Hosting location to be confirmed at go-live.]

Cookies, tracking and maps

We set no cookies. We use no analytics or tracking of any kind. We embed no third-party map — the map shown on the contact page is a static image — so visiting this site transfers no data to third parties.

Because the site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, there is no cookie-consent banner.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to answer you and to handle any business relationship that results from it, after which it is deleted.

Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 12 months at the latest. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time using the contact details above.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR).

Because our processing is based on your consent, you also have the right to withdraw that consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR); withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

Supervisory authority

The competent supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection — Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), www.uoou.cz.
